For too long, legal recruitment has been a volume game. Junior consultants ringing every name in the database, generic CVs forwarded without context, and a culture of speed over substance. We do the opposite. Every brief is run by a senior consultant who has worked in legal recruitment for years and understands the difference between a 2 PQE corporate associate and a 2 PQE finance lawyer, between a regional firm's culture and a Magic Circle one, between hiring an NQ for fee earning and hiring one for partnership track.
We recruit only for permanent appointments. No interim, no contract, no day-rate work. Our clients hire to invest in their teams, and we partner with them on that basis.

You speak with the consultant running the search. No handoffs to juniors, no relays through a Partner you never meet.
Every placement is backed by a guarantee. If a candidate leaves within the agreed period, we run the search again at no fee.
We only send candidates with consent, briefed on the role and engaged with the opportunity. No fishing, no surprises.
We tell you up front how long the search will take and update you weekly. Surprises in week six are a sign of a bad recruiter.

Candidate data is handled under UK GDPR with explicit consent for every approach, every CV submission and every reference check. Records retained only with permission and only for as long as relevant.
We follow the Recruitment & Employment Confederation's Code of Professional Practice, including the duty to act with honesty, transparency and confidentiality across every engagement.
Shortlists are built on merit, calibrated against the brief. We work actively to source diverse candidates and to challenge briefs that risk excluding talent without good reason.
